Membership

Texas A&M Figure Skating is comprised of two teams: our recreational team and our competitive team. Both teams partake in club events, practices, and meetings. However, only competitive team members are able to compete on behalf of Texas A&M University at U.S. Figure Skating Intercollegiate competitions. If you'd like to know more about each team, please read below:

Recreational Team

Our recreational team is open to skaters of all levels. Recreational team events include on-ice practices, off-ice practices, skill workshops, socials, and the opportunity to participate in exhibitions and skating shows at Spirit Ice Arena.

Competition Team

Our competitive team is open to skaters who are interested and eligible to compete at Aspire 3 or a higher USFS level. Texas A&M Figure Skating attends three U.S. Figure Skating Intercollegiate competitions per season within our midwest section.
